Shipping is a Flat Rate of $99 on all Pizza Ovens & Grills ANYWHERE in Canada.

What quality of material are your ovens made from?

We use ONLY 304 Stainless Steel!

Others will mask their quality with terms like "High Quality Stainless Steel" or simply "Stainless Steel". We take pride in our craftmanship and ensure only the highest quality of 304 stainless is used. We stay away from 201 and 430 stainless steel.

How long is the guarantee on the product?

La Piazza is, without a doubt, the best wood-fired oven on the market. This is why we provide the best warranty in the industry on all of our ovens.

There is a three-year manufacturer defect guarantee for ALL our ovens & grills!

We stand by the quality and durability of our goods and will do so even after the sale. If you encounter a problem with your oven during the warranty term, please contact us via our contact page or call us. We will strive to remedy any problems that arise as a consequence of a manufacturing defect.

Where are La Piazza Ovens Made?

We have production facilities in both Mexico and Asia. We use macroeconomics and other key performance indicators to identify seasonality and rotate production between our manufacturing locations.

Are your ovens insulated? Does it get hot on the outside?

Yes! Insulation is a top priority, therefore we made sure our ovens were top notch.

To give you an idea, whereas the norm in this industry is 1-2 inches, we insulate our ovens with 5 inches of material.

That's one of the things that really sets La Piazza apart. We can reduce our wood consumption and increase heat retention by increasing insulation, this saving you money on wood.
